How to Delete Your MOYA STUDIO Account
At MOYA STUDIO, we respect your privacy and provide you with the option to delete your account if you no longer wish to use our services. Please follow the steps below to delete your account:
Steps to Delete Your Account
- Open the MOYA STUDIO App: Launch the app and log in with your Google account, if not already logged in.
- Go to Settings: Access the settings menu by tapping on your profile icon in the top right corner.
- Account Deletion: Scroll down to find the option labeled "Delete Account."
- Confirm Deletion: After selecting "Delete Account," you will be prompted to confirm your choice. Please note that deleting your account will permanently remove your data, including course history, registration details, and messages.
- Final Confirmation: Confirm once more to complete the account deletion. You will be logged out, and your account information will be removed from our servers.
Important Information
- Permanent Deletion: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose all your data associated with MOYA STUDIO.
